We should be able to get the same deals in regards to programming as a new person. I have fulfilled my commitment requirements a long time ago. If your wife worked there for a year, does she have any names of people I can contact directly? Everyone else I speak with blows us off.</description>

Didn&#039;t you once get a new customer offer when you first signed up? As for the free dvr, as a loyal customer they should be able to give you some kind of offer, nothing is free in this world people. Sure they can give you a free dvr you will be paying the dvr fee and it requires a 24 month agreement so directv makes its money somehow. If you really want a better deal or free Sunday ticket and you have been a loyal directv customer and you have paid your bill every month on time, never had a returned payment or non payment disconnect I would call and ask for free dvr or some kind of promotion for your loyal service, believe me losing a loyal customer is more costly than losing a new customer, how do I know this? She has been a loyal DirecTv customer for 10+ years &amp; received an ad in the mail stating new customers get a free DVR.
